We want you to be fully satisfied with your HJC Helmets purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets that have been used on the road cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the helmet in its original protective bag and box, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item for safety compliance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
